Social Care Assistant – Meaningful Care, Golden Hello

The Buckinghamshire Council is recruiting Social Care Assistants to join the Chesham Short Breaks Centre in Chesham. You will provide direct care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia and/or physical disabilities, helping them learn new skills and participate in activities.
