Neuro Rehab Support Worker: Build Independence

Brainkind Rehabilitation is seeking a Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker for the Horsham area, based near Broadbridge Heath. You will join a team delivering neuro rehabilitation in a residential setting, following individual support plans to help residents regain independence and access the community with MDT support.
