Employment Solicitor – Hybrid, 13‑Month Maternity Cover

Prospect Union in London seeks a Solicitor for maternity cover to provide specialist advice and representation on employment law. The role is based in our London office within the Legal Department and reports to the General Counsel and Head of Legal.

You will advise officers and members on complex legal issues, run employment tribunal cases, contribute to policy development, and deliver training. The position is fixed-term, hybrid, with 3 days in office per week.
