Remote Locum Planning & Highways Lawyer

Venn Group is seeking a Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer to join a Local Authority’s Planning team in the South West. The role is predominantly remote, with some attendance at Planning Inquiries and a six-month contract.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Planning and Highways agreements, planning enforcement, and Section 106 negotiation/drafting.
