Lutine Bell in Southampton is seeking a Compliance Consultant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join a leading UK general insurer’s compliance function.

You will provide pragmatic compliance guidance, ensuring FCA requirements are embedded and understood across the organisation, working with regulators and senior stakeholders in a hybrid setup.

The role focuses on governance, PROD/Consumer Duty, and ongoing assurance across products, with one day in the office and flexible bonus opportunities.
