Onboarding Experience Product Manager

Wickes is seeking a Colleague Experience Product Manager to own the onboarding journey and beyond. You will design end-to-end experiences balancing digital tools with human touchpoints, and real-world processes to deliver truly loved colleague experiences.

You’ll shape the onboarding and gradually expand to recognition and internal mobility, collaborating with HR, Tech, and the wider business to deliver tangible improvements.
