Remote-First Global GTM Enablement Leader

ElevenLabs is seeking a builder to lead a global enablement function for a rapidly scaling sales motion. You will define strategy, invest in enablement across AE, AM, and SDR, and shape training, certification, and enablement infrastructure with AI fluency at the core.

You will drive onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound programs across regions, while partnering with marketing to deliver assets and measurement frameworks. This role is remote-first and international.
