An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of Northern Ireland’s leading commercial law firms as a Senior Associate.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded Real Estate team advising an impressive portfolio of developers, investors, financial institutions, corporate occupiers and high-growth businesses on some of the region’s most significant commercial property transactions.
Working closely with experienced Partners and Directors, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice while taking responsibility for complex matters, developing client relationships and progressing your career within a collaborative and forward-thinking firm.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property and real estate matters, including:
- High-value acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial development and regeneration projects
- Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and asset management
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Investment acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management
- Strategic property advice for developers, investors and corporate occupiers
Working alongside colleagues across the Corporate, Banking and Construction teams, you will provide commercially focused advice while managing your own matters and supporting clients through complex transactions.
You will also:
- Lead transactions with appropriate Partner and Director support
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Take an active role in business development initiatives
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers where appropriate
- Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Real Estate team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Commercial Property / Real Estate law
- Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Experience managing transactions with increasing levels of responsibility
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- An interest in business development and building your professional profile
- Collaborative, ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional client service
