Immunisation & Family Health Support Worker

Care Plus Group Primary Care is seeking a Parent and Child Health Support Worker to help improve childhood immunisation and general health across North East Lincolnshire. The role involves supporting families, connecting with GP practices, and providing health advice to prevent illness.

You’ll work 22.5 hours per week on a Monday to Friday rota, with a permanent contract and a fixed pro rata salary of £24,853. It requires transport to cover North East Lincolnshire.
