Ada Meher is partnered with a Building Services Consultancy in Leeds, recruiting a Revit Technician for their Digital Construction team. The role focuses on Revit modelling for MEP projects and offers opportunities to develop BIM coordination skills spanning clash detection to COBie data validation across all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities

• Model MEP components in Revit for high‑profile UK projects.
• Support BIM coordination tasks, including clash detection and COBie data validation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Revit.
• Strong MEP model creation skills in Revit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of model coordination and clash detection (Navisworks/ACC) is a bonus.
