Electrical Maintenance Technician — Rotating Shifts

Midland Lead is seeking a Maintenance Technician with an electrical focus to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant and site equipment. The role involves a Monday to Friday rotating shift pattern, including early and late starts and occasional weekend work to support business needs.

You will carry out preventative electrical and mechanical maintenance, diagnose faults, and work with control panels, motors and sensors to keep machinery running efficiently.
