Apprentice Service Advisor: Build Your Customer-Centric Career

Foray Motor Group is seeking an Apprentice Service Advisor for Hine Motors, Shaftesbury. The role offers an apprenticeship contract for ~12 months with potential extension, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Training through Calex includes Customer Service Level 2 qualification.

You’ll work alongside our Service team to learn on-the-job skills. Responsibilities include customer interactions, bookings, up-selling, CRM entries, greeting guests and keeping them informed on vehicle status.
