Senior Support Worker: Lead Care Team & Development

Voyage Care in Deal is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead our residential service. You will support people to gain independence, help supervise staff, allocate shifts, and ensure high-quality care.

You should have previous Senior Support Worker experience and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. All appointments are subject to DBS checks and references, with ongoing training and development.
