We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Regional Clinics Manager to join our Operations Team and help us deliver outstanding patient experiences while ensuring our clinics operate efficiently, professionally, and commercially.

About the Role
As a Regional Clinics Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operational performance of clinics within your region, working closely with Clinics Leads, Operations & Performance Leads, Administrators, Reception Teams and Clinicians.
You will play a critical role in ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of service and care, whilst supporting commercial success, operational efficiency and team development.
You’ll often be the first point of contact for patients and stakeholders, making a lasting impression and helping to create the positive, compassionate experience we’d want for ourselves and our families.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Champion a best-in-class patient journey across all clinics.
- Build positive relationships with patients, families and stakeholders.
- Manage feedback and complaints professionally and compassionately.
- Ensure clinics provide a welcoming, safe and high-quality environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Pure Physiotherapy.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across your region.
- Monitor clinician diary utilisation and clinic performance.
- Ensure patient pathways are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery.
- Support the smooth running of clinics to maximise performance and revenue.
Team Management & Development
- Line manage a team of receptionists and administrative colleagues.
- Coach, support and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, respect and accountability.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
Business Development & Growth
- Identify opportunities to maximise clinic utilisation and capacity.
- Support local business development initiatives and new customer meetings.
- Maintain awareness of local competitors and market opportunities.
- Contribute ideas that support growth and commercial success.
- Support patient bookings, referrals and diary management.
- Respond to patient enquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure patient records and reports are accurate and completed on time.
- Liaise with insurers, service providers and medical-legal organisations.
- Support clinicians and operational teams with administrative requirements.
- Ensure clinic sites are safe, professional and aligned with our brand.
- Conduct and organise monthly site audits.
- Coordinate servicing, maintenance and equipment requirements.
- Manage stock levels, utilities and site-related issues.
- Escalate maintenance concerns and support continuous improvements.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, organised and commercially aware leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Significant administrative and operational management experience.
- Experience within healthcare, private healthcare, or clinical environments.
- Operational improvement and process review experience.
- Experience using CRM, rostering or clinical management systems.
- Strong customer service and patient-facing experience.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in at least five subjects.
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience developing business cases, proposals or service improvements.
