Unit Nurse Manager — Lead Care, Mentorship & Quality

Derham House care home in Upminster is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (General) to ensure residents receive high-quality care. You will plan, manage and monitor nursing delivery, implement person-centred care plans and drive improvements across the unit.

As a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, you will lead, mentor and develop staff, coordinate rotas, and liaise with regulators and social services to uphold standards, while supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
