Clinical Lead: Drive Quality Care & Team Growth

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Lead to work with nurses and carers to uphold high standards of clinical care and governance across our care homes. You will be supported by the management team to ensure residents receive excellent nursing and clinical care, actively contributing to clinical delivery.

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will lead the nursing team, make critical clinical decisions, train and mentor staff, and maintain strong audits and compliance across the service.
