Job Description:
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking three skilled Safeguarding Support Team Family Approach Nurse/Practitioners to improve outcomes by leading a Family Approach across the Hampshire region.
The post holders will support the Named Nurse and Safeguarding Specialists, provide daily guidance to Trust staff, contribute to training, and help embed best safeguarding practices within a designated hub.
