We are recruiting a Shipment and Sample Operations Officer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area for an initial 12 month contract. As the Shipment and Sample Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate tracking, shipment, and data management of biological samples.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Shipment and Sample Operations Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Shipment and Sample Operations Officer, you will support daily shipment activities and related documentation.
2. As the Shipment and Sample Operations Officer, you will coordinate courier bookings, collections, deliveries, and shipment follow-up.
3. As the Shipment and Sample Operations Officer, you will maintain accurate sample, shipment, and inventory tracking records.
4. As the Shipment and Sample Operations Officer, you will support compliant biological sample lifecycle management activities.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Shipment and Sample Operations Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree/qualification in a related field.
2. Experience in sample, shipment, or inventory management.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with biological sample handling and ideally, logistics in regulated environments.
