Food & Beverage Host – Meals on Duty & Flexible Shifts

The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to support service in the Bar and Restaurant and ensure guests receive high standards of hospitality.

You will deliver food and beverages, assist with menu knowledge, handle transactions, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere while keeping areas clean and compliant with hotel standards. A flexible approach to shifts is required, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
