AOG Operations Coordinator – Global Aerospace Logistics

B&H Worldwide is recruiting an Operations Coordinator at Heathrow to manage shipments from start to finish within the AOG Operations team, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with customs regulations.

You will handle documentation, liaise with suppliers, create quotes in Cargowise and convert them into live jobs, while maintaining accurate records and KPIs. Working pattern is Monday to Friday 12:00–21:00, on-site with a competitive benefits package.
