E3 Recruitment is assisting a leading manufacturer near Coalville to hire Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers. Base salary £57,600 with a 5% KPI bonus and overtime paid at a premium (x1.5, x2), offering £65K+ OTE potential.

The role operates a 5 on 5 off cycle (6:00–18:00/18:00–06:00) with two consecutive weekends off each month, and a focus on world-class maintenance standards and continuous training, including PLC skills development.
