Luxury Residential Facilities Manager

Cluttons is seeking a highly organised Residential Facilities Manager to lead the facilities management of a premium residential portfolio in West London. The role focuses on safe, efficient daily operations, coordinating hard and soft services and ensuring value for money for our clients and residents.

You will manage service charges, budgets and safety compliance, working with contractors and internal teams to deliver excellent service across all sites and reporting to partners and clients.
