Head of Personalisation Data Science (Hybrid)

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a talented team of data scientists in shaping the online Personalisation strategy. You will bridge data science with business and commercial teams to deliver measurable impact across customer experiences.

You will guide model-driven solutions end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Engineering, and drive agile practice and innovation to unlock value for customers and the business.
