SRG is working with a leading beauty and cosmetics manufacturer in Hampshire who are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join the team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of site-level GMP compliance, acting as the site expert for quality documentation systems, audits and training. It would suit someone with 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment, ideally within cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals or another heavily regulated industry.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Onsite setting 5 days a week
Role / Description
- Implement and maintenance of GMP-compliant policies, procedures and standards across site operations
- Conduct internal audits, document findings and drive audit readiness across all departments
- Manage the site complaints process, ensuring thorough investigations and escalation of trends
- Oversee the Annual Product Review process and coordinate the product stability programme
- Act as site owner and subject matter expert for GMP documentation systems, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls and product recalls
- Manage the full lifecycle of controlled documents, from approval through to archiving
- Deliver detailed and precise GMP training to staff, fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage and improve quality systems, with experience leading compliance initiatives and preparing for regulatory and third-party audits
- Confident communicator, able to explain compliance expectations clearly to stakeholders at all levels,
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
