Property Damage Solicitor, 3-5 Years PQE, Birmingham / Hybrid working, £65,000+ (DOE) – JOB REF: 4431
THE ROLE:
• Manage your own caseload of litigated insurance-backed property damage claims from instruction through to resolution.
• Advise clients on a wide range of first-party property damage matters, policy coverage disputes and subrogated recovery claims.
• Deliver commercially focused legal advice to insurer and commercial clients while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
• Develop effective litigation strategies and manage claims through all stages of the court process.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, experts and other key stakeholders.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with between 3-5 Years PQE in property damage litigation who are looking to take the next step in their career.
• A solid technical understanding of commercial insurance law and litigation practice.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• The confidence to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
