Autonomous Home-Based Specialist Nurse

Sciensus is seeking a Specialist Nurse to deliver high‑quality care in patients’ homes across East/West Sussex, supporting early discharge and reducing hospital admissions.

You will work 37.5 hours per week over five days (including occasional weekends), must be an RGN on the NMC register, and use autonomous clinical judgment to assess patients, administer IV therapies, maintain records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
