Health, Safety & Compliance Lead (UK Multi-Site)

Ageas UK is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Compliance Lead to shape our safety strategy across UK sites. The role requires regular travel to locations, audits, risk assessments and ensuring compliance with UK legislation and ISO 45001.

You will lead training, build dashboards, and partner with Property, HR, Operations and Legal to embed safe ways of working. The base office is Eastleigh with a flexible, multi-site remit.
