We are seeking a passionate and commercially astute Clinical Home Manager to take the helm of a luxury care home offering nursing, residential and dementia care. This is an exciting opportunity to provide long-term leadership, build on recent improvements, and drive exceptional standards of care and operational performance.
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring outstanding person-centred care is delivered whilst maintaining compliance, occupancy, team engagement and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident careEnsuring the home consistently meets regulatory, professional and statutory requirementsDriving quality standards and continuous improvement across all departmentsManaging recruitment, retention, development and succession planning for the teamBuilding positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholdersMaintaining safe staffing levels in line with occupancy and dependency needsManaging budgets effectively and ensuring strong commercial performanceCreating a positive culture where residents and colleagues can thrive
To be considered for this role, you will have:Ideal candidate will have a current NMC registrationLevel 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent)Senior management experience within a large care home environmentProven experience managing nursing services within a regulated settingStrong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworksExcellent leadership, communication and people management skillsCommercial awareness and experience managing budgets and occupancy
Salary:Circa 85,000 per annum + neg DOSEBonus scheme worth up to 25% of salary28 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysPrivate medical insuranceDental schemePlus other benefits
