Regional Sales Manager – On-Trade Growth Leader

Hawkstone Brewery in the UK is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the On Trade sales team and accelerate expansion across diverse UK regions. You will coach up to 8 BDMs, drive growth, and ensure Hawkstone remains the top choice for outlets in your territory.

The role offers a competitive salary (£42k-£45k) with a 20% bonus, a company car or car allowance, a pension scheme, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. A full UK driving licence is required.
