Projects Resource Manager – Transformation

United Utilities is seeking a Projects Resource Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Lingley Mere, Warrington. You will coordinate resource demand across a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring adequate skills and capacity are available to meet business priorities.

You will partner with project managers, HR and leadership to optimise workforce planning, analyse data, and drive improvements in resource management across the Transformation & Change Team.
