Regional Commercial Lead: Housing Contracts

Ganymede is seeking a Regional Head of Commercial to own the commercial health of several live contracts across the UK, driving revenue, cost and margin with clients and delivery teams. You will review performance, provide guidance to operational leaders, and lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reviews.

This role expects strong experience in social housing or related contracting environments, including handling complex cost information and contract terms.
