Logistics Leader — 24/7 Operations & Excellence

Encirc is recruiting a Head of Logistics at Elton, Cheshire, to lead a large logistics operation spanning transport, inbound, outbound and fleet management. You will drive safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods across a 24/7 site, delivering world-class service to customers.

You will develop high-performing teams, manage budgets, optimise SLAs with 3PLs and contribute to continuous improvement, safety and sustainability initiatives.
