About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing MEP and data centre engineering consultancy, delivering electrical design across data centre and technology building projects throughout Europe

.Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Principal Engineer to join their London office, leading the design, development and supervision of Data Centre projects from concept through to completion

• ngLeading the development of electrical design across all project phases: preliminary studies, conceptual design, basic design and detailed desi
• gn.Design and development of electrical systems for Data Centres, in compliance with international regulations and quality standar
• ds.Overseeing electrical drawings produced in AutoCAD and reviewing output from junior team membe
• rs.Preparing and supervising technical documentation including reports, measurements, drawings and specificatio
• ns.Identifying project risks and proposing corrective and preventive measur
• es.Visualising and interpreting models in Revit, with coordination and clash detection in Naviswor
• ks.Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers within the te
• am.Acting as a senior point of contact for clients on technical matte
