Reward Lead (11‑Month FTC) – Drive Pay Strategy

South West Water is seeking an experienced Reward Lead to join our People & Culture team on an 11-month FTC to cover maternity leave. You’ll drive the reward strategy, ensuring pay, benefits and recognition are competitive and aligned to our values and goals.

Based in Exeter or Bristol with regular travel to Exeter, you’ll partner with senior leaders, lead job evaluation using WTW methods, benchmark salaries, and shape how we attract, engage and retain talent across the business.
