Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage projects from initial conception through to completion.
- Ensure quotes and/or proposed scope of works meet both contract documents and client enquiries alongside design criteria.
- Prepare and update the programme of works.
- Order materials, assign labour, and calculate likely profit margins.
- Review tenders and quotations where applicable.
- Maintain liaison with clients, customers and inter-departmental stakeholders, ensuring accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.
- Attend client sites to survey existing and proposed installations, address client queries, obtain landlord approval, and submit building regulation submissions.

The Person
- Have a background within the Building Services/MEP/Facilities Management/Construction or a related field.
- Previous working experience in a Project Manager position or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills.
- Full, valid UK driver’s licence.

The salary advertised is a guideline for this position. The offered renumeration will be dependent on the extent of your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
