Key Responsibilities:• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.• Support residents with meals and hydration.• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.• Maintain accurate care records.• Work collaboratively with the wider care team.
Requirements:• A caring and compassionate nature.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Reliability and a positive attitude.• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.• A genuine passion for supporting others.
