SOC Operator – Real-Time Incident Response (4/4/4 Shifts)

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Operator to be the eyes and ears of our security network. You’ll respond to incidents, keep systems running smoothly, and help ensure client sites remain safe and compliant.

Work 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights with a focus on real-time problem solving, decision‑making under pressure, and reporting on productivity and performance. Prior SOC experience is a plus; BS7858 vetting will be required.
