The Manor Care Home, Little Weighton, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join its dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help plan and deliver enjoyable, person-centred activities that promote the wellbeing, independence, and happiness of residents.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided through the National Activity Providers Association (NAPA) programme, subject to terms and conditions.
About the Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you will:
- Plan and organise meaningful daily activities for residents.
- Encourage participation and social interaction.
- Support residents’ emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.
- Create enjoyable experiences tailored to individual interests and abilities.
- Work closely with the care team to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
Training and Development
Successful candidates will receive:
