Salary and Benefits
- Salary from £27,705.60 per year
- Hourly pay between £13.32 and £13.64

Working Hours
Successful applicants should be available to:
- Work six days per week with one scheduled day off
- Complete 40 hours weekly
- Work flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
As a Female Care Worker, you will:
- Visit clients in their homes across Hertfordshire
- Deliver personal care with dignity and compassion
- Support adults and children with daily living activities
- Assist clients receiving palliative and enablement care
- Administer medication and update digital care records
- Support safe mobility and moving and handling procedures
- Prepare meals and assist with light household duties
- Travel between client visits while maintaining punctual service
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A valid UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to relocate to Hertfordshire if necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong reliability and commitment
