Part-Time Building Maintenance Helpdesk Scheduler

Mitie is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Co‑ordinator to manage daily activity of the engineering team at the Scottish Parliament site in Edinburgh. You will allocate reactive and planned work, ensuring engineers are deployed efficiently to deliver first‑time fixes for customers.
