Flexible-Shift Customer Service Pro (Gambling Venue)

Luxury Leisure is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for our Peterborough venue. The role requires flexibility to cover mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and late finishes. You will train to promote offers and events, serve refreshments, and recommend games to customers, while handling cash and providing change daily.

You will operate in a licensed, coin-based environment with ID checks and strict gambling compliance, including the Challenge 25 policy.
