Project Manager with industrial unit/logistics experience required on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for taking ownership and delivery. Your main role and responsibilities will be: –
Managing projects through design development, procurement and construction phasesProcurement and delivery of Design & Build contractsDelivery of projects involving structural steel frames, heavy-duty slabs and extensive external worksGood knowledge of CDM Regulations.Coordination of multi-disciplinary design teamsManaging cost, programme, risk and change control across complex construction packagesExperience working both client-side and/or for a main contractor, with a strong understanding of contractor delivery approachesExperience of working within major infrastructure or construction programmesStrong understanding of construction methodologies for large-scale industrial facilitiesExperience managing external works, groundworks and logistics-heavy environmentsUnderstanding of buildability, sequencing and temporary works considerations
Key skills would be:Understanding of RIBA stagesInterface management between design, planning and constructionExperience client side or for a tier 1Knowledge of NEC / JCTExperience of procuring Design and Build contractsIdeally extensive experience in stakeholder management
Role will be on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week site based

Salary: £72,5000 – £82,5000 depending on experience
