Nights Senior Care Assistant – Lead Team & Care Plans

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a nights-only role at one of our care homes. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants and support the Deputy General Manager while contributing to high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

You will work nights 8pm–8am, 4 nights per week, with alternate weekends, and have opportunities for ongoing training and career progression into roles such as Care Practitioner or nursing.
