The Role
As part of the Customer Service team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the wider sales team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and quotations
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Resolving customer queries and escalating technical issues when required
- Supporting the field sales team with administration and customer communications
- Maintaining accurate customer information and pricing
- Helping to improve customer service processes
You’ll have:
- A Life Sciences degree (essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Customer service experience gained through work, placements or alongside your studies
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
