Claims & Customer Support Officer

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a motivated Finance Support Advisor in the UK to handle incoming calls (9am–4pm), guide customers through NI Direct claim forms, and resolve enquiries with accuracy.

You will work with IT systems and guidance to complete end-to-end claims, with initial training office-based and potential to work from home after successful completion. 4 October 2026 start with extension possibility; requires 5 GCSEs including Maths and English and a commitment to excellent customer
