Responsibilities
- Dispatching emergency and security services when required
- Responding effectively to changing priorities and incidents
- Monitoring CCTV systems and alarm activations
- Managing mobile alarm callouts and coordinating responses
- Conducting welfare checks for officers and lone workers
- Monitoring gas detection and safety systems
- Prioritising critical alarms, including fire and lone worker activations
- Communicating with customers, colleagues, contractors and emergency services
- Escalating issues appropriately and ensuring timely resolution
