Flexible Mental Health Support Worker – 7-Day Rota

Bridge Support in Greenwich is seeking a Flexible Support Worker to assist clients transitioning from hospital to home, on a 7-day shift rota across Kingston Service. The role focuses on guiding individuals with enduring mental health needs toward independence over a 9-month period, helping them set and achieve goals and reduce hospitalisations.

Applicants will be shortlisted after a pre-screening interview; the process includes a face-to-face interview.
