Residential Youth Support Worker for Teens

Brook Street is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for a Children’s Home in Bristol. You will provide practical, emotional and behavioural support to young people aged 10–17, following care plans and contributing to reviews.

The role requires flexibility to work early/late shifts, weekends, sleep-ins and on-call. A driving licence and Enhanced DBS are essential, with a focus on safeguarding and positive, supportive relationships.
