Live-in Outdoor Adventure & Activity Support Worker

Keys Group based in Bristol is recruiting for a Children’s Activity Based Support Worker to live on-site in a specialist residential setting, supporting young people aged 8–18. Accommodation and meals are provided during shifts as part of a live-in pattern.

You’ll help young people move away from challenging situations, building routines, confidence and independence through adventure-based activities such as climbing, kayaking, and hiking.
