Spa Therapist — Growth, Training & 15% Retail

Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa is hiring a level 3 Spa Therapist to create relaxing guest experiences, deliver a variety of treatments, and advise on products. You will promote spa retail, upsell sessions, and attend ongoing Elemis-focused training across The QHotels Collection.

The role supports a clear development pathway with benefits including training support, discounts, and staff membership. We welcome NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in beauty/spa and prior spa experience is a bonus.
